Hi, my name is Gordon Duncan, and I am a consultant, writer, educator, and teacher. I’ve been in the hiring, consulting, medical, and the manufacturing industries for the past 20 years. Companies bring me in to improve their hiring processes, and sometimes they hire me for the purpose of filling specific positions. Most recently, I oversaw all hiring for a $25 million, multi-state, manufacturing company. During that time, I reviewed thousands of resumes and hired hundreds of employees.

Two things kept most applicants from getting a job, and neither of them were experience.

The first thing that kept people from getting the job was a poorly designed resume.

The second thing that kept people from getting the job was poor interview skills.

I can help you in both of these areas, and improving them will drastically increase your chance to get the job you want.
